Such a great reframe! Thank you. My question is: at a water-meal, does the body give any signals to indicate that it has had it's fill of water, as with hunger and food?

Good question. I can't point to anything specific, but with practice you kinda get a sense what's enough. And it's usually better to err on the side of drinking more, definitely in the summer heat. I'd guess that the range is between 1.5 and 3 cups.
