Yesterday afternoon, I was feeling tired and frustrated.
So I went on a run here overlooking the Elah Valley, where David fought Goliath some 2900 years ago.
Thought: if David could do that, I can do this.
I came home energized, put the kids to sleep.
Then I hopped online for The Healthy Jew community’s monthly online workshop.
The topic?
The key to healthy Jewish exercise - moving “from here to there,” because life is a journey on every level.
Hey, I gotta practice what I preach.
In this video recording of the workshop, you’ll learn how a deep understand of healthy Jewish living can change the way you exercise - and how you move your body and soul through the journey of life, on every level.

Before you go, take a look at this ancient water cistern I passed by up on the hill. Those 4 carvings (which look like Second Temple era pigeon coops all over Israel), together with the gaping hole, look to me like a giant paw of, say, a bear. Get what I mean?
