- You deserve more commentary Shmuel.

- A good deal of Biochemistry Science since Maimonides deconstructed the extremely self-evident, but then so did the Ancient Greeks including Socrates, the Ancient Chinese who predate the emergence of the Jewish People, the former having something to say about food quantity and the avoidance of eating too late, among other things.

- Back then, knowledge so derived was empirical and there was no Biochemistry.

- The picture you post has bread, the consumption of which is more or less a biblical injunction. Factually, grains are not a natural primate food, it arose out of technological farming 11 - 12,000 years ago and serves to flag the present Neo-Lithic Era of high energy inputs and the presence across the globe of The Peak Primate, now in vast over-supply and overweight and due to the aforementioned farming. Grain Agriculture enables humans to convert The Eco-System into more humans and simultaneously destroys said Eco-System with human waste. This cannot persist for much longer.

- Grain Agriculture is associated with the diseases of Modern Western Society in the oversupply of Omega-6 Arachidonic Acid, an essential Fatty Acid and prime driver now of systemic inflammation and the many Western diseases that flow from this. Among other things. Moderation does not exactly deal with this, it helps but is not entirely a cure.

- If the flask of milk portrayed is cows' milk rather than goats' milk, various remarks on the artificialness of mass cattle farming can be adduced. Historically, consumption of milk was goats', if it was consumed at all. Closer to human milk. But then once off mother's milk, one strictly does not require milk and humans are the only animal which consumes the milk of another species, into adulthood.

- The majority, being the non-Western Anglosphere cannot deal with Lactose.

- On matters closer to present realities, this could be of interest . . . https://les7eb.substack.com
